The challenge

Triple Dog Roasters entered the market as a start-up with no existing brand, product line, or digital presence. In a competitive coffee space, they needed to establish a clear brand identity, develop packaging that would stand out, and create meaningful ways to introduce their products to customers both online and in person.

The solution

We created a cohesive brand foundation for Triple Dog Roasters, including a complete visual identity, custom logo, and packaging system for their coffee products. To support sales and growth, we designed and launched an e-commerce website, developed branded merchandise and print materials, and provided guidance on local pop-up opportunities such as fairs, festivals, and storefronts to help build early awareness and drive customer engagement.

As Creative Director, I led the project from initial discovery through execution, partnering closely with the founders to define the brand vision and translate it into a cohesive visual system. I guided strategy, concept development, and design across all touchpoints- ensuring consistency, quality, and a strong foundation for launch and future growth.

Logo & Branding

We developed a complete brand identity that captured Triple Dog Roasters’ personality and craft-focused approach, creating a visual system that could grow with the business. This included logo design, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all media.

Package Design

Custom packaging was designed to create strong shelf presence while clearly differentiating each coffee offering. The system balanced bold branding with flexibility, allowing new products to be added easily while maintaining a cohesive look across the line.

Website Design

We designed and built a Shopify e-commerce website that brought the brand to life online and made purchasing simple and intuitive. The site highlighted the brand story, supported product discovery, and provided a scalable foundation for direct-to-consumer sales.

Marketing Consultation

In addition to design execution, we provided strategic marketing consultation to support the brand’s launch and early growth. This included guidance on go-to-market strategy, pop-up and event opportunities, and recommendations for building local awareness and customer engagement.

Triple Dog Roasters quickly established itself as a local favorite, with steady growth in online sales and increased brand awareness. Ongoing exposure through pop-up events and local activations helped build a loyal customer base and drive repeat purchases.
